This Billing and Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, subscriptions, and usage for services provided by The One Ai, LLC (“The One Ai”). By accessing or using any of The One Ai's services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

General Billing Policies

  • Prepaid Basis: All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Payment must be received before the activation of any billable product or service.

  • Trial Subscriptions: Only one trial subscription is allowed per person, per product. Abuse or cancellation of multiple trials may lead to account termination.

  • Account Validity: A valid credit/debit card must be maintained on file for all recurring charges and overage fees. Failure to maintain payment details may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Usage-Based Fees: Certain features, such as email, text messages, calls, hosting, domain overages, courses, and events, may incur usage-based fees in addition to the base subscription fee.

Billing Cycle

  • Automatic Billing: All accounts are billed automatically on the specific billing cycle date.

  • Payment Failure: If a credit/debit card transaction fails:

  • Access to services will cease immediately.

  • Accounts may be deactivated, and data may be removed after a period of nonpayment.

  • Deactivation: Customers must contact support to reinstate access after payment failure or deactivation.

Subscription Management

  • Subscription Period: Subscriptions are billed on recurring intervals (e.g., daily, monthly, annually), depending on the chosen plan.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

  • Cancellation: Customers must submit a cancellation request at least 10 days before the next billing date via the account portal or support team..

Overage Billing

Monthly usage allotments are provided based on subscription plans. Exceeding these limits will incur

additional fees as follows:

  • $2.10 per additional 1,000 emails sent.

  • Contact verification fees: $0.0037 per verification.

  • Text Messages:

  • $0.0237 per text segment (160 characters or less).

  • Emojis, images, and attachments may increase the segment count.

  • Calls

  • Outbound: $0.042/min.

  • Inbound: $0.0255/min.

  • Phone Numbers:

  • Local US numbers: $3.45/month.

  • Toll-free numbers: $6.90/month.

  • International number rates vary.

  • A2P Registration: Required for US SMS campaigns. Fees include a one-time $20 setup and $3-12/month recurring charges.

All overages are billed in $10 increments. The minimum charge per transaction is $1.

Payment Methods

  • Payments are accepted via major credit/debit cards. Additional methods, such as PayPal, may be offered based on availability.

Fees and Penalties

  • Collections Fee: $35.00 for accounts submitted to third-party collections.

  • Chargebacks: $50.00 per chargeback incident.

  • Interest on Overdue Payments: 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

  • Fraudulent Activity: Refund requests associated with abuse, trial manipulation, or unauthorized behavior may be denied.

Free Trials

  • Free trials are subject to the same billing terms as standard subscriptions.

  • Carrier fees for texts, calls, or emails during the trial period will apply.

  • Subscriptions transition to paid plans automatically unless canceled before the trial expires.

Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: A pro-rated fee will be charged for the remaining billing period upon upgrading. The new rate will apply in the subsequent billing cycle.

  • Downgrades: Must be coordinated with support to reduce account usage below the new plan’s thresholds. Downgrades take effect in the following billing cycle and may result in loss of features or data.

Account Limits and Normal Use

  • Reasonable Use: Unlimited features must align with typical usage patterns for the selected subscription plan.

  • Excessive Use: Activities such as mass emails, video streaming, or high-bandwidth consumption may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Outstanding balances must be settled before cancellation is finalized.

  • Cancellation does not negate previously agreed charges. Accounts with unpaid balances may be sent to collections.

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Customers must notify the One Ai of billing disputes within 30 days to allow resolution before filing chargebacks.

  • Chargebacks will incur a $50 fee. Accounts may be suspended during the resolution process.

Taxes and Regulatory Fees

  • Fees are exclusive of taxes, which are billed separately as required by law.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties associated with their subscription.
