  • Cannabis, marijuana, or any related products or services.

  • Automated financial trading software, Forex robots, stock picks, or trading signals.

  • Selling or harvesting social media “likes,” traffic, leads, or followers.

  • Email advertisements for multiple companies sent to the same list (e.g., “solo email ads”).

Content Subject to Scrutiny

While not strictly prohibited, the following activities have a higher likelihood of degrading the reputation and deliverability of The One Ai platform. Content related to these practices may be subject to review and may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of accounts:

  • Online trading or stock market-related content.

  • Cryptocurrency, virtual currencies, or digital currencies.

  • Daily horoscope reports.

  • Mortgages, loans, and certain financial instruments.

  • Adult entertainment or novelty items.

  • Services that support programmatically sending mail on behalf of third parties without reviewing the content.

Prohibited Actions

The One Ai may not be used in connection with any user content or behavior involving the following:

  • False or misleading business opportunities, scams, or pyramid schemes.

  • Health claims deemed false or misleading by regulatory agencies.

  • Illegal activities, including the sale of drugs or pharmaceuticals.

  • Pornography or sexually explicit content.

  • Content promoting or depicting human trafficking, child abuse, or animal abuse.

  • Content encouraging abuse of alcohol, drugs, or other substances, or promoting violence or humiliation.

  • Hate speech or demeaning attacks on groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or age.

  • Shocking or gratuitously graphic content, including depictions of accidents, death, or injury.

  • Predatory behavior, particularly targeting children or invading privacy.

  • Harvesting or scraping leads from directories, websites, forums, or social media.

  • Promoting affiliate links via unethical practices, such as cookie injection or automated spamming.

  • Use of automated systems, such as bots or spiders, to overburden The One Ai platform or third-party servers.

  • Sending or distributing unsolicited commercial emails (“spam”).

  • Using malicious code, spyware, malware, Trojan horses, or similar threats.

  • Use of purchased, rented, or brokered email lists of any form.

Compliance with the Policy

All users of The One Ai’s platform and services are responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination without notice.

  • Removal of prohibited content from our platform.

  • Investigation into potential violations, which may involve reporting to law enforcement or other authorities.
