Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Identification of the Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
Statement of Good Faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Florida) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Notice or their agent.

The One Ai’s Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice:

The One Ai will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
The One Ai will notify the user who posted the material of the action taken.

If a counter-notification is received:

The One Ai will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant.
The One Ai will restore the material in question within 10 business days unless the copyright owner files a
court action seeking to prevent the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

The One Ai reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA or other applicable laws.

Misrepresentation

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or that removed material was done so by mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. The One Ai will not hesitate to seek appropriate legal action in such cases.

Modifications to This Policy

The One Ai reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
